With college being so expensive, it’s important to try and find as much help as you can. There are so many scholarships out there, including the Tech Live Connect Scholarship, and it can be hard to figure out which ones you should apply for. While some of them have specific requirements, others are open to pretty much anyone. With that being the case, here are 6 scholarships that anyone can enter this month.
ServiceScape Scholarship 2020
The deadline for the ServiceScape Scholarship 2020 is November 29, 2020 and the award is $1,000. This scholarship can be applied towards any major or college and it can be used for things like tuition, books or other college expenses. The scholarship requires you to fill out the application, write about a certain topic and submit it. The topic is already chosen and your essay will need to be at least 300 words. Each person who applies has to be planning on attending school during the 2020 year and everyone can only enter 1 time.
$1,000 College JumpStart Scholarship
Another option is the $1,000 College JumpStart Scholarship. This scholarship is completely merit based and has nothing to do with financial need. It’s open to 10th-12th graders, college students and non-traditional students. The deadline is April 15, 2020 and the first-place award amount is $1,000 that can be used for tuition, books or other college related expenses. In addition to filling out the application, there will be 4 questions to choose from and the applicant will need to choose one of them to write about. The essay will need to be 250 words or less and answer the question well.
Huntington’s College Scholarship Sweepstakes
The deadline for this is June 30, 2020 and it has a reward of $4,000. Unlike the others on this list, all you have to do for this one is submit the entry form. There aren’t any essays to fill out or topics to write about. The only requirement is that the person is graduating and getting ready to start college during the 2020 school year. This can be filled out by either the parent or the student, as long as that requirement is met.
“Frame My Future” Scholarship
You could also apply for the “Frame My Future” Scholarship. With an award amount of $5,000 and a deadline of April 1, 2020, this scholarship is open to college freshman through graduate students in their 5th year. In addition to filling out the application, you have to submit an original and creative image that shows what you’re hoping to accomplish in your personal and professional life after you graduate college. This can be anything that you can fit into 1 photo, but it has to be completely original and never been posted anywhere else.

With a deadline of July 15, 2020 and an award amount of $1,000, this scholarship is open to everyone. In addition to submitting the application, applicants will also need to submit a creative way to use window coverings and a new technology the applicant is interested in that could change and improve the way window coverings work. They will also need to submit an essay that’s between 250 and 750 words explaining who you are and why you should get the scholarship. There’s a list of questions and it’s required that you only choose 1 to include in the essay.
Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship
One final scholarship is the Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship. For this scholarship, the only eligibility requirement is that the person be graduating and getting their diploma during the 2020 school year and they can’t have any relation to anyone who works or is affiliated with Coca Cola. This scholarship was created to recognize those that lead and serve their communities, as well as how committed they are to making an impact on their school and communities. The applicant who wins will be awarded $20,000 that can be used on things like tuition, books or other college related expenses.
In addition to look at unique scholarships, including the Tech Live Connect Scholarship, try finding scholarships that have to do with your interests or hobbies. As long as the scholarship says that it’s open to everyone, you should be able to apply. Make sure you fill out all of the requirements and try to apply to as many as you can. The more you apply for, the higher your chances of getting more awards to help with your college tuition
